As a nominator, it is imperative that you provide as much information as possible on the nomination form. The selection committee will not do the research. Make sure the information is complete and reflects the criteria as closely as possible. You may also attach anything else that you think will help the selection committee, e.g. multiple letters of reference, new clippings, statistics, etc.
