Check out the cross country distance webpage for more info: First 2 weeks plan for 2019-2020 season: Week 1: Monday August 6 through Wednesday August 8th: Meet @Placer High School track to run in the canyons from 3-5pm. Thursday August 7th- No practice due to Freshmen Orientation. Run on your own! Week 2: Monday August 12th: 5:30am-7:30am practice at Del Oro. Meet at the track. Tuesday August 13th: (first day of school). Meet in the leadership room for a team meeting from 2-3pm. Practice from Del Oro 3-5pm Wednesday August 14th- Practice @ Placer High School track 3:30-5:15 ** This will be the team time trial day!! Top 7 Guys and Ladies will qualify to attend cross country camp which is on August 16-17 Thursday August 15th- Practice @ Johnson Springview Park 3:30-5:15 Friday August 16th- 5:30am-7:10am practice.
