John G. & Lillian M. Walsh Family Scholarship - Scholarship will be awarded to high school senior or student returning or transferring to Sierra Community College.  

Requirements:  

-Pursuing a degree or certificate at Sierra College in the following: Mechatronics, Drafting & Engineering Support, Engineering, Welding, Construction & Energy Technology, or Applied Art & Design.

-Enrolled in a minimum of 3 semester units of college credit at Sierra College.

-Priority will be given to full-time students enrolled in 12 or more units.

Eligibility guidelines:

-Must be a high school senior or graduate, have received GED certification.

-Primary residence is a PG&E customer in California at the time of application.

-Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university in California

Christermon Foundation - Scholarships awarded to California students whose parents and/or grandparents are proprietors of, or employed by an individual or corporation, holding a California liquor license.  This includes restaurants, retailers, distributors, airlines, suppliers, hotels, etc.

Requirements:

-Upon high school graduation, students will attend an accredited four year college or university within the US, beginning with the Fall 2019 term and enrolled as a freshman full time (12+ units)

-Students participate in specific extra-curricular high school activities, as define on application.

-Include with your application a 8.5x11 typed essay.
