Membership in the California Scholarship Federation All students may apply for CSF membership once they have completed one term of High School. The exception is for incoming 9th graders who were
recognized as Honor students in the CJSF chapters at their middle schools. These Honor students will be considered CSF
Associate members with voting privileges during their first semester of high
school. This is the only time that an
incoming 9th grader can be a member of any CSF chapter during their
first semester of high school. Membership for spring term 9th graders and fall term 10th graders is considered Associate Membership. Official Membership begins during spring term of 10th grade year. All Del Oro CSF Membership guidelines follow the State CJSF/CSF Board bylaws. To qualify for CSF membership, each term an application must be completed. Students must request an unofficial transcript from Mrs. Anganes in the Student Services office and submit the online application as well. The deadline is always the third Friday after school begins in August and then again in January. There are NO exceptions for late applications - they are not accepted! Fall 2019 Application deadline is August 30, 2019. For the application follow these guidelines:
(Note: a grade of an A in an AP, IB or UC designated honors course earns 8 CSF points, a grade of a B in one of these courses earns 4 CSF points.
