    About Mrs. Rugg

    I have been teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students since 1997. This is my 17th school year at Del Oro High School. 

    Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) program consists of two DHH teachers, aides, certified educational interpreters, speech therapists, and audiologists.
