        Support Services

    • Students:
Stop by Room 112 during lunch or before/after school or e-mail me with any questions or concerns you have. I prefer e-mail to voicemail. I am always eager to help you succeed in my classes.
    • Parents:
Communication between school and home is vital for your student's progress. Please feel free to contact me about any concern you may have. You may send me an e-mail or leave me a voice mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can, but usually I cannot reply during school hours. Please do not hesitate to contact me to make  an appointment if you want to meet in person to discuss progress, questions, or concerns.

    About Mr. Yoshida

“You have to carry the fire."
    Cormac McCarthy, The Road

As a teacher at Del Oro High School, I can honestly say that I look forward to coming to the classroom as each day is unique with its own challenges, curiosities, and rewards. I feel extremely lucky to say that I genuinely love what I do.

I believe in creating a safe and engaging classroom experience that allows each and every student to experience victories in the classroom. I firmly believe that such victories (no matter how small or seemingly insignificant) are ultimately the key for students to realize their full potential.
